Working with certain ad hoc printing and painting techniques that adds distortion to selected visual material, Alme’s work points to human history and information, and the re-use and recycling of this.
His work has been shown amongst others at Gether Contemporary (Copenhagen), Fiebach/Minniger (Köln), Noplace (Oslo), Kazachenkos Apartment (Oslo), Rod Barton (London) and CCA Andratx (Mallorca).
Kenneth Alme is also the founder of the projectspace Altan in Vestfossen.
